Changing Your Email Address
If you need to change your email address associated with your SmartVault user ID, submit an email address change support request.
To change your email address:
1. Go to https://my.smartvault.com/secure/Submit.aspx.
2. In the Subject field, type Email Address Change Request for FirstName Last Name, where FirstName LastName is your name.
3. In the Question field, specify the email address currently associated with your SmartVault user ID, the new email address you want to use for your SmartVault user ID, and any other information you think would be useful for the SmartVault support team to know.
4. Click Submit.
The SmartVault Support team will respond to your request within 24 hours and help you change your email address.
