Changing Your Default View
Although the Files and Folders view is the default view for guests, clients, and users, and the Advanced view is the default view for SmartVault Administrators, users can also specify which view they want to use as their default view in the SmartVault portal using View Preferences.
To change your default view:
1. Sign in to the SmartVault portal. For more information, see “Signing In to the SmartVault Portal” .
2. In the upper right corner of the SmartVault portal header, click My Info.
3. Under User Settings, click View Preferences.
4. In the View Type field, select the view you want to use from the drop-down list.
For example, if you want to change your default view from the Advanced view to the Files and Folders view, click Files and Folders.
5. Click Save Changes.
6. If you want to see your new default view, click Home.
