Creating Client Subfolders Using Subfolder Templates and Batch Files
If you want to use a standard subfolder template in each client folder, after you create your client folders using the batch file, you can create additional standard client subfolders under each client folder as needed.
Create additional standard subfolders under each client folder by completing the following steps:

1. Create a client subfolder template using Windows Explorer on your local computer.
2. Export the client subfolder template you created into a Microsoft Excel file.
3. Create a client subfolder template batch file from the Microsoft Excel file and then run the batch file to create a standard set of subfolders under each client folder.
