Identifying the Number of User, Client, and Guest Licenses Needed
Use the following table to help you determine the number of user, client, and guest licenses you need.
 
NUMBER OF USER, CLIENT, AND GUEST LICENSES NEEDED
1. How many people will be using one or more of the following components?
SmartVault Toolbar
SmartVault Inbox
SmartVault Drive

Each of these people will need either a user license or a client license.
2. For the people who need to use the SmartVault Toolbar, SmartVault Inbox, or SmartVault Drive:
2a. How many of these people should be able to create new folders and invite other users into the account?

Each of these people will need a user license.
2b. How many of these people should not be able to create new folders or invite other users into the account?
