Managing User Licenses
If you are a SmartVault Administrator, you can manage user licenses in the SmartVault portal.
SmartVault Administrators can perform the following actions:
• View which type of license (user, client, or guest) is associated with each user in the account.
• Change the type of license associated with a user in an account. For example, SmartVault Administrators can change the license associated with a user from guest to user, or from user to guest.
• Remove, or delete, users, clients, or guests from an account if the user, client, or guests should no longer have access to the SmartVault account.
Note: SmartVault Administrators can view summary information about how many SmartVault users are in an account, the number and type of licenses currently being used in an account, and the number of available licenses remaining in an account by selecting the account in the right tree pane and then reviewing summary license information under
Usage in the left task pane. For more information, see
“Viewing Account Usage Information”
