In order for you and your users, clients, and guests to access your custom-branded portal, you must specify a subdomain name for your custom-branded portal, such as https://CompanyName.smartvault.com.

A subdomain gives you an easy way to create a memorable Web address for your custom-branded portal. With SmartVault, you can specify up to five subdomains. All of the subdomains you specify share the same custom branding.

The default subdomain is the main URL that will be used to access your custom-branded portal. This is the URL that you should give out to other users, clients, and guests who sign in to your portal.

You can specify additional subdomains for alternate spellings and common typos.

All of the subdomains you specify must end in .smartvault.com.
