Using the SmartVault Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook

The SmartVault Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook allows you to perform the following tasks directly from within Microsoft Outlook:

• Upload files securely into SmartVault

• Send secure links to files and folders in SmartVault

• Request that someone send files to you using a link to a secure folder

• When forwarding an email with attachments, convert the attachments to secure links

• Grant email recipients upload or download permissions to a folder if needed when sending a secure link

To use the SmartVault Plug-in for Outlook, complete the following steps:
