Viewing Account Usage Information

SmartVault Administrators can view account usage information, such as amount of space used, number of licenses used, and number of licenses remaining, in the SmartVault portal.
To view account usage information:
2. In the Advanced view, in the left tree pane, select the account you want to view usage information for.
3. In the right task pane, under Usage, review the amount of space used, number of licenses used, and number of licenses remaining.
Note: You must be a SmartVault Administrator in order to view account usage information. If you do not see a
Usage section in the right task pane when you click on your account, your SmartVault user ID is not a member of the SmartVault Administrators group for the account. For more information about adding a user to the SmartVault Administrators group, see
