Viewing Account Usage Information
Note to Writer: This topic was rewritten to include information from Kelly’s help and information from Himanshu’s old KB49.
SmartVault Administrators can view account usage information, such as amount of space used, number of licenses used, and number of licenses remaining, in the SmartVault portal.
To view account usage information:
1. Sign in to the SmartVault portal. For more information, see “Signing In to the SmartVault Portal” .
2. In the Advanced view, in the left tree pane, select the account you want to view usage information for.
3. In the right task pane, under Usage, review the amount of space used, number of licenses used, and number of licenses remaining.
Note: You must be a SmartVault Administrator in order to view account usage information. If you do not see a Usage section in the right task pane when you click on your account, your SmartVault user ID is not a member of the SmartVault Administrators group for the account.
