Windows XP and 2003 Server Operating Systems
To map the SmartVault drive on a Windows XP or Windows 2003 Server, please follow these steps:
- Open My Network places from the Start menu and click on Add Network Place.
- Click on the “Sign up for online storage or connect to a network server” link.
- Click Next in the Add Network Place Wizard.
- Select “Choose another network location…” in the dialog and click Next.
- Enter https://docs.smartvault.com in the Network address field.
- Windows will ask you for user name and password, enter your SmartVault email address and
password and select Remember my password. - Windows will ask you to enter the password again, then click OK.
- Enter a name for your network drive like SmartVault drive and click Next.
- Click Finish.
Open your Network Places from the Start menu to browse your SmartVault accounts, vaults, folders and
documents.
