With SmartVault, you can export client assignments for each employee to a CSV file. Administrators can benefit from increased visibility into client assignments, streamlining their management tasks.
To export your client assignments list to a CSV file:
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- Select Manage Employees in the left sidebar.
- Select the employees for whom you want to export the assigned clients.
- Click Actions next to Add Employee and select Export Assigned Clients.
- An alert message appears. Click the x to close it.
- After your request is completed, you will receive an email with a link to download the exported file.
In addition, the CSV file is available in the Assigned Employee Export folder inside the System Reports vault in your Firm container, so you can access it anytime.
