We are excited to introduce Linked Clients, a new SmartVault feature that connects client accounts that share business, family, or legal relationships. The feature eliminates time-consuming file management tasks and streamlines your workflow. Enjoy a more efficient and convenient experience with Linked Clients!

What's new?

Activity Log Data Retrieval

We've implemented the following enhancements to the Activity Log data retrieval:

  • Extended Query Capability: Users can now query up to seven years of activity log data directly from the SmartVault Portal.
  • Limitations:
    • 90-Day On-Screen Display: The data returned on-screen will cover only the last 90 days.
    • Extended Data Retrieval: For a range exceeding 90 days, you can export the Activity Log to a CSV file.
    • Data Older Than 7 Years: Users requiring data over seven years must create a support request to have the support team produce the CSV file.
  • Export Behavior Change: When exporting an activity log, the system creates a folder in the System Reports section and places the activity log report inside that folder. This change is helpful when multiple CSV files are generated in a single export.

SmartVault Integration with ProConnect Tax Online Application

SmartVault is excited to announce its upcoming integration with ProConnect Tax, which is designed to enhance efficiency and accuracy for tax professionals.
