What's new?
Activity Log Data Retrieval
We've implemented the following enhancements to the Activity Log data retrieval:
- Extended Query Capability: Users can now query up to seven years of activity log data directly from the SmartVault Portal.

Limitations:
- 90-Day On-Screen Display: The data returned on-screen will cover only the last 90 days.
- Extended Data Retrieval: For a range exceeding 90 days, you can export the Activity Log to a CSV file.
- Data Older Than 7 Years: Users requiring data over seven years must create a support request to have the support team produce the CSV file.
- Export Behavior Change: When exporting an activity log, the system creates a folder in the System Reports section and places the activity log report inside that folder. This change is helpful when multiple CSV files are generated in a single export.
