GENERAL USER
You can easily open and edit files in SmartVault without the hassle of manual downloads. Any changes you make and save to the file while working in the Connected Desktop are saved to the file in SmartVault once the file is closed.
Best Practice: Close Files After Use
To make sure all your changes are saved in SmartVault:
- Close your files after you finish working with them.
- If you leave a file open for days, SmartVault might not save your changes immediately.
- Regularly closing and saving your files ensures that SmartVault always has the most recent version.
