- Reconnect and Access the Tool: Right-click the SmartVault icon again and choose Map SmartVault Drive. SmartVault will prompt you with a Correct button if there's an issue. Click it to open the diagnostic tool.
Review and Adjust Settings: Upon clicking Correct, you'll see a list of settings with their current statuses. Ideally, all statuses should display as "OK," indicating optimal settings.
