Resolving the "SmartVault ScanSnap Profiles Could Not be Created Successfully" Error


When attempting to set up your SmartVault profiles for ScanSnap, you may get the error:
Error: SmartVault ScanSnap profiles could not be created successfully​

Resolving This Error

  1. Close the ScanSnap manager by right-clicking on the system tray icon and choosing Exit.
  2. Open the ScanSnap Manager
  3. Open the SmartVault Launchpad and attempt to automatically configure the ScanSnap profiles again by clicking Fujitsu ScanSnap Integration.

If this still gives you an error or fails, configure these profiles manually.
