Resolving the Maintenance Message or Display Issues in SmartVault Client Portal


You may receive a SmartVault Maintenance message even when the service is up and running. Sometimes a browser will cache information about a previous state and need to be cleared.

Resolving This Issue

Check the Service Status page to see the current state of the SmartVault Service. If it says that we are online, but you still receive maintenance or service disruption messages try the resolution below.

  1. 1. Refresh your browser. Sometimes all you need to do is click the refresh icon in your internet browser to update the page with the current information.
  2. 2. Refresh your browser cache. This action will clear old information from your browser to ensure you receive the updated page. Follow the instructions in the following page for more info:
