Follow these steps to resolve an issue where the tax year(s) may be missing when using the Import Data feature in the SmartVault Desktop Software.
Resolving This Issue
- Close out the Import Data feature or cancel what you were currently working on.
- Open the User Settings from the SmartVault Launchpad and click on the Extensions tab.
- Disable all 3 years for LaCerte or ProSeries (choose whichever one you are using) and click OK.
- Reopen the User Settings from the SmartVault Launchpad and click the Extensions tab.
- Enable all 3 years for LaCerte or ProSeries and click OK.
