Overview
You can add or remove the navigation links and tiles that appear on your dashboard.
The navigation links appear at the top of the dashboard and can include Clients, Sent to Clients, and Files and Folders.
The dashboard tiles appear underneath the navigation links and can include Employees, Internal Documents, Public Documents, Manage Folder Templates, Email Template, and Activity Log.
Removing Navigation Links and/or Dashboard Tiles
To remove navigation links and/or dashboard tiles:
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- From the Dashboard, click Unlock Dashboard.
- Click X next to the dashboard tile you want to remove.
- Alternately, click the X next to the navigation link or dashboard tile.
- Click Lock Dashboard to close the window.
Adding Navigation Links and/or Dashboard Tiles
To add navigation links and/or dashboard tiles:
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- From the Dashboard, click Unlock Dashboard.
- Next to Unlock Dashboard, click Add Tiles or Views.
- Enable the checkbox next to the tile(s) and/or view(s) you want to add to the dashboard.
- Click OK.
- Click Lock Dashboard to close the window.
