Disabling upload and download notifications from your employees can let you focus on viewing upload and download notifications for your clients.
Turning Off Notifications
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- Select Files and Folders from the left sidebar.
- Select your account and click the Account Settings on the top right of the screen.
- Under Manage Account, select Account Properties.
- Disable the Enable notifications for employee activity checkbox, and then click Save Settings.
You will no longer receive notifications when your employees upload or download files in your SmartVault account.
