Turning Off Upload and Download Email Notifications

Overview

Disabling upload and download notifications from your employees can let you focus on viewing upload and download notifications for your clients.

Turning Off Notifications

  1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
  2. Select Files and Folders.
  3. Select your account and click the Account Settings on the top right of the screen.

  4. Under Manage Account, select Account Properties.

  5. Disable the Enable notifications for employee activity checkbox, and then click Save Settings

You will no longer receive notifications when your employees upload or download files in your SmartVault account.
