Deleting a Client from SmartVault

If you want to remove a client from your SmartVault account, you can simply delete the vault associated with the client. 


You can recover a client's vault from the recycle bin for up to 90 days. 

To delete a client's vault:

  1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
  2. Click View Files and Folders, and then navigate to the vault you want to delete.
  3. Click Actions Actions_icon.pngnext to the vault, and then select Delete.
  4. When prompted, click Delete to confirm.
