If you want to remove a client from your SmartVault account, you can simply delete the vault associated with the client.
Note
You can recover a client's vault from the recycle bin for up to 90 days.
To delete a client's vault:
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- Click View Files and Folders, and then navigate to the vault you want to delete.
- Click Actions next to the vault, and then select Delete.
- When prompted, click Delete to confirm.
