STANDARD PLAN USER
You can reorganize your integrated application folders, like QuickBooks, by moving a company file from one vault to another. After the move, you may need to reassign access permissions.
Before You Begin
- Permissions: Only Administrators and Vault Managers can move, copy, or rename folders.
- Vault-Level Restriction: You can only move company files at the vault level. The Applications folder itself can’t be relocated or nested under another folder.
- Access Impact: Moving a company file removes existing access. You’ll need to grant vault or file permissions again unless you’re using vault groups.
