To install the SmartVault Desktop software, your PC must meet the following minimum hardware and software requirements.

Blocked File Types | For security reasons, some file extensions are blocked and cannot be uploaded to SmartVault. |
Considerations
- You cannot install the SmartVault desktop software on a Mac computer or on a Windows network location. Mac users can, however, map the SmartVault drive to their Mac. To learn more, refer to the following articles' links below:
