Overview

You can print from Connected Desktop to your default printer. Depending on your computer's settings, when printing a document file (such as a Word document, Excel document, or PDF), the document prints automatically to your default printer. When printing an image (such as .JPEG or .PNG files), you may see a window appear asking you to choose specific settings for printing pictures.

Steps

1. Select the file you want to print in the Document View pane.
2. Right-click on the file and select print.
   

   (Alternatively, you can left-click on the file and click the Print button on the Document View toolbar.)

   
3. If the file is an image file, you may see this window:
   

   Make your setting choices and click Print to finish printing your image.
