Using Refresh to View Files Added to a Client Vault in Connected Desktop

Overview

While working in the Connected Desktop, changes that occur outside of your instance of Connected Desktop do not automatically appear. If a user on your SmartVault account or a client uploads new files to a folder in a client vault, those files will not appear until you refresh the Document View pane.

Refreshing to View Files Added to a Client Vault

1. Right-click anywhere within the Document View pane.

2. Select Refresh.
Note: Alternatively, press F5 while the Document View pane is the active pane.

This process does not refresh your Client List. To refresh your Client List, see Refresh the Client List.
