You may need to remap your SmartVault Drive to update your documents, change users or accounts, or fix issues with the mapped drive.
To remap the SmartVault Drive:
- Open the SmartVault Launchpad.
- Click SmartVault Updates under SmartVault User Settings and ensure you are running the latest version of SmartVault.
- Under SmartVault Drive in the Connected Desktop, click Disconnect Drive.
- Click SmartVault Drive. The following window appears.
- Follow the steps shown on using the SmartVault Drive Diagnostic Tool.
