Updating Add-ons for SmartVault Plans

You can manage your plan at any time and purchase add-on features like:

  • Additional Companies
  • DocuSign Subscription
  • Seasonal Worker
  • DocuSign KBA
  • DocuSign Envelopes
  • Docdown
  • Quoters

Updating Your Add-ons

  1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
  2. Click on your initials on the top right and select Settings.
  3. Under Manage Billing and Payment, click Billing.
  4. From the SmartVault Manage Subscriptions, click the box with your subscription information. 
  5. Click Edit Subscription.
  6. Click Add Addons.
  7. Click on the add-on(s) you want to add to your subscription and click Add
  8. The Subscription Details page displays the new add-on and the additional charge. 
    • The additional amount is to be paid immediately, covering additional charges until your next renewal date.
    • Recurring Add-ons such as DocuSign Subscription and Additional Companies will automatically renew at your next billing date, and your invoice amount will be adjusted accordingly.
    • Non-recurring add-ons such as DocuSign envelopes, KBAs, or seasonal licenses will be billed once and will not be added to your next renewal.
  9. Click Update Subscription to complete the purchase.
