Updating Your Add-ons

  1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
  2. Click on your initials on the top right.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under Manage Billing and Payment, click Billing.
  5. Under the Update Plan section, update the quantity column to match your account's current needs. The additional cost charged is based on your next renewal date and the available "credit" on your account, which is consumed monthly.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click OK
  8. You will get a confirmation message.
