Updating Your SmartVault Billing Cycle


You can switch from a monthly billing cycle to an annual billing cycle, or vice-versa, by using the Manage Bill page in the SmartVault Dashboard. 

  • You must be an account administrator in order to make these changes.
  • You can only switch from Annual to Monthly 30 days prior to your renewal.

Updating Your Billing Cycle

  1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
  2. From the Home page, click on your initials, then Settings.


  3. Click Billing under Manage Billing and Payment. 
  4. Look for Billing Cycle in the billing page and change Monthly to Annual as shown below.  


    If you are currently on an annual plan, you will have to wait until you are in the final month of your annual term to switch back to monthly.

  5. Click Save.
