Adding Engagements to Multiple Clients (UK)

You can use the SmartVault Portal to add the same engagement (and year) to multiple clients at once—ideal for annual cycles and repeating work.

Adding Engagements

  1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
  2. Click Client Management from the left navigation menu.

  3. Select the clients you want to add the engagement to (use search or filters if needed).
  4. Click Actions (ellipses) next to Add Client and choose Add Engagements.

  5. In the dialog:
    • Select Engagement: Choose the type of engagement from the drop-down menu.
    • Select Year: Pick the year for this engagement.

    • (Optional) Select Specific Template: Tick the checkbox and choose a template.

  6. Click Add.
  7. Review the Adding Engagements status window to confirm each client's result.

You can open any client's vault to see the new engagement folder for the selected year.
