You can use the SmartVault Portal to add the same engagement (and year) to multiple clients at once—ideal for annual cycles and repeating work.
Adding Engagements
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.

Click Client Management from the left navigation menu.
- Select the clients you want to add the engagement to (use search or filters if needed).

Click Actions (ellipses) next to Add Client and choose Add Engagements.
- In the dialog:
- Select Engagement: Choose the type of engagement from the drop-down menu.

Select Year: Pick the year for this engagement.

(Optional) Select Specific Template: Tick the checkbox and choose a template.
- Click Add.
- Review the Adding Engagements status window to confirm each client's result.
You can open any client's vault to see the new engagement folder for the selected year.
