You can change your contact information, time zone, password, and alerts anytime.
Editing Your Contact Information
You can update your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- Click the initials at the top right corner of the page, and then select Settings.
- Under User Settings, click My Info.
- Update the information as needed, and then click Save Changes.
Changing Your Time Zone
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- Click the initials at the top right corner of the page, and then select Settings.
- Under User Settings, click My Info.
- Go to Time Zone and select your time zone from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save Changes.
Changing Your Password
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- Click the initials at the top right corner of the page, and then select Settings.
- Under User Settings, click Manage Password.
- Enter your Current password.
- In the Password box, enter the new password, then reenter it in the Confirm password box.
- Select the Revoke all apps checkbox if you wish to remove your access to all your third-party apps. You will need to connect them to your account again.
- Click Save Changes.
Managing Your Upload and Download Notifications
You can tailor the frequency of the notifications for your folders and vaults to alert you when your users, clients, or guests upload or download files. By default, the frequency is once a day at 9:00 AM.
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- Click the initials at the top right corner of the page, and then select Settings.
- Under User Settings, click Notification Settings.
- Under Upload Email Notifications and Download Email Notifications, select the frequency you want to receive the email notifications.
- Click Save Changes.
