Release Date: July 22, 2020
We are listening; your vote matters!
We are announcing our first feature release voted on by our customers via SmartVault Ideas Portal.
Shared Folder Indicator
The feature offers the ability to know when a folder is shared with your clients/customers. A unique icon makes it easier to identify when your clients have access to a folder in the Client's vault. This feature is a folder level setting and is available for the Connected Desktop and Dashboard.
This feature is applicable to all structured plans within SmartVault.
What was updated?
All these features are for SmartVault plans: Tax Prep, Accounting, and SmartVault for Business 2020.
More clarity in template selection when creating new customer engagement
We have consolidated the Select Template and New Engagement menus in a new option called Client Engagement. With this option, we made it easier to select the right template that you need all in one simple user interface.
The phone number on Salesforce account to be pushed to SmartVault
This feature update now allows for a phone number to be passed from the Salesforce account and entity record to the SmartVault client details.
What was fixed?
Message to display when uploading files larger than 2MB to SmartVault via Salesforce
Now when you upload files larger than 2MB via Salesforce integration to SmartVault, you will get alerted with a message that reads: "Due to Salesforce limits, file size cannot exceed 2MB. Your current file size is XXXX MB. You can always upload larger files via the SmartVault Desktop application or the portal."
