Creating a SmartVault Account

To use SmartVault, you need to create an account. The setup is easy and fast, and we offer you a 14-day trial with no credit card required.

Follow the steps in this article to learn how to get started and sign up for a free account.

Step 1: Choose your plan

SmartVault offers you different features depending on your business needs. Visit the SmartVault Plans & Pricing page to select the plan that best fits your business.

Click the Try it free button for the plan of your choice.

Step 2: Create an account

After choosing your plan, SmartVault navigates you to the Start Your Free Trial page.

Start by providing the required information.

  1. Type in your EmailFirst NameLast NamePasswordCompany, and Phone.
  2. Select your Type of Business from the dropdown list.
  3. Type in a Referral Code -if available. This step is optional.
  4. Select the Number of Employees and Time Zone from the dropdown lists, and click CREATE MY ACCOUNT.
  5. A confirmation message displays.

  6. SmartVault sends an activation email to your inbox to complete your account setup.

Step 3: Activate your account

Once you sign up for a trial, you receive an activation email from SmartVault (notify@my.smartvault.com). Visit Activating your SmartVault account to complete the account setup.
