Identifying your Billing System

Having a clear understanding of your SmartVault's billing system will facilitate navigation and management. Here's how you can quickly identify it:

  1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
  2. Click the initials at the top right corner of the page and select Settings.

  3. Go to Account Settings > Billing.

  4. A billing screen will open, displaying the details of your billing system.
    • You are on the New Billing System if you see the following screen.

    • You are on the Legacy Billing System if you see this screen.

Now, you can navigate your account precisely, with information tailored to your billing system.
