If you are a SmartVault Administrator, you can update the information your company uses for its billing address.
You can change your billing address by accessing the SmartVault Account Properties.
Updating your SmartVault Billing Address (New View)
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- Click the initials at the top right corner of the page and select Settings.
- Under Manage Account, click Account Properties.
Note
If you do not see a View Properties link in the right task pane when you click on the account, your SmartVault user ID is not a member of the SmartVault Administrators group for the account.
- Update your billing address, and then click Save Settings.
Updating your SmartVault Billing Address (Old View)
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
- Click the silhouette icon on the top bar.
- Under Manage Account, click Account Properties.
