You can upload documents or images from your mobile device, including photos of paper documents you capture with your phone's camera.
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal from your mobile device using a web browser (e.g., Safari or Chrome).
- Tap the Upload a Document button.
- Choose the destination folder for your upload.
- Tap Upload file.
- Tap the Upload a file button to select the file source:
- Tap Photo Library to choose existing images or documents.
- Use Take Photo to capture a new document with your device's camera.
- Select Choose Files to access documents stored on your device.
- Select the file(s) you want to upload. You can select multiple files at once.
- Tap Save to complete the upload.
- Sign in to the SmartVault Portal from your mobile device using a web browser (e.g., Safari or Chrome).
- Tap View Files and Folders from the left navigation.
- Navigate to the folder where you want to upload the file.
- Tap Upload file.
- Tap the Upload a file button to select the file source:
- Tap Photo Library to choose existing images or documents.
- Use Take Photo to capture a new document with your device's camera.
- Select Choose Files to access documents stored on your device.
- Select the file(s) you want to upload. You can select multiple files at once.
- Tap Save to complete the upload.
Note
You can upload multiple files simultaneously, and file types such as images and PDFs are supported.
