SmartRouting Custom Formula Mappings
We have implemented the ability to modify the default mappings provided in SmartRouting formulas to ensure files are routed according to your business needs. These customizations help maintain accurate file organization based on your workflow.

- Routes files to appropriate locations automatically, reducing manual filing work.

- Accommodates unique workflows that differ from default system settings.
For example, with UltraTax integration, the default document name "ArchiveTaxReturn" automatically routes to the "Preparer Copy" tag. Custom mapping allows you to create a more descriptive document name and change the routing destination to the "Client Copy" tag instead.

We have improved the Archive Clients user interface to enhance clarity and usability.

Status Message: When archiving or restoring clients, a confirmation message will appear to indicate the status of the archived or restored client.
- Search Field: Functionality to quickly find specific clients, especially useful if your archived list is extensive.
What was fixed?
Vaults with “#” in the Name Now Open Correctly
We’ve resolved an issue that was preventing some vaults from opening when a # (hashtag) was included in the account or client name. Now, you can open any vault—even if its name includes a #—without any issues.
