Overview

You may receive this error:

Error: Exception: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The local device name is already in use at SVault.Client.WebDrive.UI.WNetSDK.Connect.

The SmartVault Drive may already have been created. This error is due to clicking on the OK button multiple times after the drive mapping process has completed.

Resolving This Error

1. Close the error message and other windows that may be displaying.
2. Open Computer.
3. Look for the SmartVault Drive in the list of displayed drive letters and double-click.
