Important
Before proceeding, ensure all your files are saved and closed in the SmartVault Connected Desktop. Deleting the cache without saving can result in the loss of unsaved changes.
Fixing the Error

Exit the SmartVault Desktop:
- Close the SmartVault Connected Desktop application to prevent any data loss.

Clear the Cache in Roaming:
- Press the Windows Key + R, type %AppData%, and press Enter.
- Navigate to the "SmartVault" folder, then to the "Cache" folder.
- Delete all files and folders within the Cache folder.

Clear the Pending Print Jobs:
- Press the Windows Key + R, type %localappdata%, and press Enter.
- Navigate to the "Intuit" folder, then to the "PTDesktop" folder.
- Open the "PendingPrintJobs" folder and delete all contents.

Restart the SmartVault Desktop:
- Open the SmartVault Connected Desktop again to check if the issue is resolved.
