If you report a technical issue with SmartVault or it's integration, support may ask you to send in logs to troubleshoot your case better.
SmartVault Desktop Client
- Open the SmartVault Launchpad.
- Locate the SmartVault icon in the system tray. Right-click and choose About.
- Wait for "Gathering Information..." to finish. It will display your computer specifications.
- Click Send to Support. It will create a set of log files to send to SmartVault's support team.
- Under "Additional Information", type a summary of your issue. Ensure your email address is correct, and click Send.
