Sending your SmartVault Logs to Support


If you report a technical issue with SmartVault or it's integration, support may ask you to send in logs to troubleshoot your case better.


SmartVault Desktop Client

  1. Open the SmartVault Launchpad.
  2. Locate the SmartVault icon in the system tray. Right-click and choose About.
  3. Wait for "Gathering Information..." to finish. It will display your computer specifications.
  4. Click Send to Support. It will create a set of log files to send to SmartVault's support team.
  5. Under "Additional Information", type a summary of your issue. Ensure your email address is correct, and click Send.
