Troubleshooting: SmartVault PDF Print Driver Issues

Use this helpful guide to resolve SmartVault PDF Print Driver issues. Before applying the fix, ensure you save any unsaved work, as you will need to reboot your computer for the changes to take effect. All programs will be closed upon shutting down and restarting.

  1. Click the Show hidden icons MS_-_Show_hidden_icons_arrow.png arrow in the system tray.
  2. Right-click on the SmartVault icon and select Actions > Fix Print Driver Configuration.

  3. Right-click on the SmartVault icon and then select Exit.
  4. Restart your computer, and SmartVault should function as expected.
