You can create an engagement to send to your entire client list at once in SmartVault Client Management. SmartVault automatically creates folders and subfolders in your Clients’ Vaults for the year and frequency (quarterly, monthly, etc.) you select in the engagement.

You can also create new engagements for a selection of clients or a single client in Client Management.
Creating Engagements in Client Management
To create an engagement to send all your clients in the SmartVault portal:
- Sign in to SmartVault.
- Click Client Management from the left navigation menu.
- Click Actions next to Add Client and select Add Engagements to all.
- In Add Engagement for all Clients, select the Engagement type and year.
- Click Add.
- The engagement may take up to an hour to process. SmartVault sends you an email when the engagement is ready to view.
Creating a New Engagement in the Legacy View
To create an engagement for all of your clients in the Legacy View:
- Sign in to SmartVault.
- Click Clients.
- Click Create new engagements for all clients .
- Go to Type to choose an engagement type.
- Go to Period to choose a year.
- Click Save engagement .
- The engagement may take up to an hour to process. SmartVault sends you an email when the engagement is ready to view.
