ADMIN USER
You receive the following message when trying to install the Outlook Plugin:
"Unable to install an application because an application with the same identity is already installed"
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue
Resolution
- Close out of Outlook and the error message.
- Open File Explorer and navigate to "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0" where username is your user profile.
- Delete all the folders and files in this directory.
- Try to install the plugin again.
