When logging in to the SmartVault Dashboard, some users experience a blank screen with a blue bar across the top. This issue has been observed in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge and is linked to a recent Kaspersky Total Security update.
Why This Error Occurs
The problem stems from a recent update to Kaspersky Total Security. The update’s traffic processing feature interferes with the proper loading of the SmartVault Dashboard.
How to Resolve This Error
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Modify Kaspersky Settings
- Open Kaspersky Total Security.
- Navigate to Settings (click the Gear Icon at the bottom left).
- Select Additional > Network.
- Uncheck Traffic Processing.

Refresh the Dashboard
- Open your web browser and sign in to SmartVault.
- Press CTRL+F5 on your keyboard.
- If the page does not refresh correctly, try holding down the CTRL key and clicking the refresh button in your browser.

- Browser Cache: Clearing your browser cache might also help if issues persist.
