Troubleshooting: Resolving the "Unsupported File Extension Upload Failure" Error Message

For security reasons, SmartVault automatically blocks certain file extensions. You may receive the "Unsupported File Extension Upload Failure" error message if you try to upload a file with a blocked extension.
